What we store
Saved assessments include your entered health and lifestyle values, calculated scores, assessment dates and optional labels. Account information includes your sign-in email and profile/display name. We also store research opt-in, optional contact email when included with an assessment, nudge preferences (frequency, time, timezone and topics), goals, check-in responses, nudge history, and notification subscriptions when enabled.
Who can see it
Your assessments are restricted to your account so other app users cannot read them. Authorised service processing is needed to store results, extract reports and deliver your chosen reminders. Research use requires your separate optional consent.
Uploaded reports
Blood test files are sent through Lovable AI to Google Gemini for extracting values that you review before importing. The app processes uploaded files temporarily and does not store the original reports after extraction. Accepted extracted values are stored only when you save an assessment. We have not verified the AI service's retention period or processing-log retention for this configuration, so we cannot promise that providers retain nothing. Avoid uploading unnecessary identifying details.
Research opt-in
Completely separate and completely optional. Declining changes nothing about how the app works for you, and you can switch it off again whenever you like.
Deleting data
You can delete any single assessment, delete all assessments at once, or permanently delete your entire account and every record attached to it — all from inside the app.
No selling, no ads
Your health data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to profile you commercially.
